Demolition, removal and replacement of the rear deck took a month.
Again, never pay your contractors by the hour.

Some of the pictures show the condition of the subfloor and related framing under the deck.
As I indicated in the prior comments, the wood underneath the deck is dry.

I’m guessing Nickle and Dime Freddy didn’t want to tell his client that he’d caused the leak that ruined the new drywall and paint during the remodel.

I moved out in 2024 . . .
